We work with a variety of flexible project models:

Dedicated Offshore Team, This is a team in our Offshore Development Lab, headed by a project manager. Your offshore team and your US team work seamlessly round the clock-linked through our PMAM Project Management System (PPMS), with further project management support from our US office Experience has shown that this arrangement works best, cost wise. And, since the two teams quickly begin to work as a single global team, this has proved to be a stable model for continuous, year in year out, software development operations Combination Onsite + Offshore Team In addition to the above, for key projects, we will be glad to place developers at your US location Offshore Lab Incubation Should you be interested in eventually owning your own Offshore Lab in India, we will extend the above arrangements to include full incubation assistance, with the option to acquire the team and facilities at the end of the incubation period

Pricing
Our preference (and yours too, probably) is for fixed price projects. We tend to avoid gimmicks like blended rates for onshore and offshore developers-we will be fully transparent to you. Or gimmicks like loading the team with trainees while charging you full price. You will find that our pricing will offer you significant savings (around 60%) compared to your US cost structure. You will also earn significant savings, for teams of the same size, compared to the large Indian offshore firms

Protecting your Intellectual Property
WWhen you work with us, your intellectual property is protected in three ways:
Firstly, like you, we are a US company subject to US Federal and Texas State law
Secondly, comprehensive IP protection provisions are standard in our contracts
Finally, where circumstances warrant, we require our individual employees to sign individual contracts with you to protect further your intellectual property
